John Stoyan joined Kinperium Industries in 2025. John is primarily focused on evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and delivering strategic, financial, and operational support to Kinperium’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Kinperium, John worked in the investment banking division at Kroll Corporate Finance, where he was involved in several M&A transactions across the consumer and industrial sectors.

John holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Financial Mathematics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
