Blue Giant Equipment Corporation

Blue Giant was founded as a manufacturer of dock levelers and hand pallet trucks. During the 1980s, the business expanded product lines to include stackers, dock lifts, scissor lifts, and its manufacturing plant increased to 100,000 sq.ft.
Kinperium invested over $10 million in 2018 to create a long term sustainable company and support the growth plans of Blue Giant. The result is a new state of the art 150,000 sq.ft. manufacturing facility with advanced robotics and modular production. Currently Blue Giant is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and distributing of loading dock systems and material handling equipment.
In September 2022, Blue Giant acquired controlling interest of Cormac Industrial, a prominent ergonomic lift solutions provider located in Mexico. This investment will support Blue Giant’s mission to transform the material handling industry.

URB is North America’s largest manufacturer of sweeper brooms for the road sweeping and airport runway sweeping markets. The company has eight manufacturing and stocking facilities across the US and Canada. The business provides a superior quality line of products to a diversified customer base.
Since the acquisition in late 2019 by Kinperium Industries, Kinperium has partnered with URB management to develop a strategic plan to facilitate growth and modernize the manufacturing operations.
In 2022, URB completed the acquisition of Atlantic Broom and Blade. This transaction has enabled URB to expand its distribution network in the Northeastern United States while simultaneously broadening its product offerings.

Composed of K-Tec, Ashland Industries, and Metalcraft of GA, the K.A. Group represents a group of industry leading manufacturers of pull-pan earthmoving scrapers and implements for the construction, mining, and agriculture end-markets.
Ashland Industries has a deep heritage of success in the agricultural and industrial construction markets, while K-Tec’s quality, rugged earthmoving equipment excels in the heavy construction and mining markets.
Since Kinperium’s acquisition in January 2022, the company has completed two additional add-on acquisitions.
Hiniker Company

Hiniker is a trusted brand name, established over 50 years ago, and manufactures products in the snow and ice management and agriculture spaces.
In the snow and ice management space, they manufacture truck and skid steer snowplows, and salt and sand spreaders that increase operators’ efficiency. In the agriculture space, they manufacture cultivators, shredders, cover crop seeders, and other products that help farmers increase their productivity and output.
Bringing Hiniker into the Kinperium family continues our strategy of servicing our airport and road services customers with year-round solutions and expands our commitment to agricultural markets.
Hiniker recently acquired the business of Daniels Plows in order to expand the Hiniker snowplow product line and strengthen the airport business.
